We regularly visit the line up for the wave and love it so much. My daughter won a vip package which included a cabana, obstacle course, lagoon, and wave pool session. It was amazing!!!!! Definitely worth doing and spending the whole day there as a family. Emi was our concierge and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone at the line up always is 🙂

Our family had a great time. My teenage kids enjoyed watching their parents fail and fall in the water while they did it with ease. Facility is brand new and kept up very well. Staff are friendly. Food and drinks are reasonable for Hawaii.

First of all, a big shoutout to the surf coach! He is a great instructor - my kid felt encouraged and enjoyed the surf session thoroughly (even though doing surfing for the very 1st time ever). The surf coaches are the best! Shoutout to the other surfers and families around for cheering and encouragement! That's why the 5 stars!
My kid did the 65ft wave session, though we were booked for the 30ft - but when we got there the first thing the staff said was our session was cancelled, SHOCKING! We got no prior notice that the 30ft wave had some issues and wasn't available, but my kid wanted to do the surf lesson so bad we opted to try the 65ft, which was stressful for me as a parent since we hadn't planned for that. But we're glad we went with the 65ft wave session, it was AMAZING and my kid loved it! The chaos and mis-management of our session left us only with 35 minutes lesson instead of the 45 minutes we paid for.
Its a fun environment with good food service at The Lookout. Though the staff at The LineUp front desk was extremely unprofessional, disinterested, mocking and not helpful. The guy at the front desk didn't bother to acknowledge us and kept chewing away on French fries. No problem you are having lunch but at least let people know you'll get to them and help! The way our surf session was handled and because of some unprofessional staff, makes me not want to go back there EVER, though my kid wants to surf there again!

This is such a fun and challenging activity, my son and I have been their several times now and just keep going back because the challenge to master it has bitten us both. It is such a thrill to get your turns going and flow with the wave although I havent satisfied myself with my performance yet and I cant wait to go back. I think its definitely something worth trying and challenging yourself to keep the growing going.

Second time visitors to The LineUp. All staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The booked 30 foot wave was closed and we were upgraded at no cost to the 65 foot wave. It was a great experience!

The food was delicious, with a large variety to select from. This includes Poke bowls. There are zero lines for the attractions. The only line is for food. At other parks, much time is wasted waiting in lines. You can pay an all-day pass for less than $50 for the obstacle course. Coming back for sure.

Love this place! My son did the 30 ft wave session and learned a ton and had a blast. We went back the next day for my son to try again and me, my husband, my brother-in law, and my daughter all tried this time too. We all enjoyed it! Our ages range from 11 to 43. I was nervous to try but the instructors are awesome and help you stay up on the board and show you how to move on the board. I was scared about falling off but it was totally fine. A few minor bruises but not bad at all! We went at sunset time and it was beautiful! My youngest is 8 and too young to try but she loved appetizers (happy hour!) and playing on the grass with her cousin. They have corn hole and other games too. Beautiful facility, not crowded (yet!), highly recommend.
