Friendly staff.👍
For Truck drivers ,1st please use truck navigation(No exception). very narrow streets and very difficult to reach here, They will help you to dock the trailer but very tight space.
2nd when you use truck GPS there is a rail bridge posted clearance 13.4 but no difficulty to pass that. At the end try to avoid as much you can.

We will never work with OFI again. After YEARS of working with them, making the same 1 recipe, they destroyed a huge batch of our product. We are a small business and this nearly put us out of business.

They used an incorrect ingredient that made our product horribly acidic and unusable. They dismissed me over and over again when I told them something was wrong with the flavor - we had to have a lab test done to prove it. And even then, they would not be reasonable and remake the product.

We trusted them with a product that we take a lot of pride in. They DO NOT take that same pride in the products they make.

I came to OFI looking for help with the first run of my first product. They offered consulting as part of their services and I knew I needed guidance. Mike and the team gave me the information I needed and were extremely patient as I got up to speed. When I had supply chain and other issues along the way, they gave me a lay of the land and helped explore options.

Couldn’t have launched my product without them. Extremely grateful. Absolute professionals. Highly recommend for consulting and co-packing services.

don't recommend at all. after missing a whole ingredient and making the product completely wrong, they did not fix or give me a discount.

i wasn't treated like a valued customer and left feeling hurt and used and experienced sexism by the owner. i'll never work with them again.
