Very accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent selection of merchandise and rare livestock. Even though the store was temporarily out of stock of one item I was looking for, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I would still have everything I needed.

Absolutely love these guys,

Friendly staff, good selection of products (fish stuff for me), good prices. This is always my first stop when I am on the hunt for something.

My only complaint is they are a 30 min drive for me so I can't drop by as much as I would like. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My daughter and I picked up Opae Ula and also some crickets. They were both super healthy and some of the shrimp even had eggs already. Highly recommend this pet store which is locally owned unlike PetSmart or one of the Big Chain companies from the mainland.

we come here at least once a month to pick up dog food for our paw babies, once a year to get birthday gifts n dessert, any time our fur babies need chewy toys or just toys this is the place we think of first. the employees and very helpful n kind very friendly and ez to talk to and ask questions

We love The Pet Depot for all of our pet needs. It’s such a family vibe. Ohana 🫶🏽. We got my daughter’s cockatiel from here, as well. Everyone was so helpful as far as helping us figure out what kind of bird to get for her. Not all birds are kid friendly but they start these off as babies, hand fed so the temperament is different. We also got our puppy, Nova through a connect with them. These are THE sweetest animals! So now we purchase all animal needs through them.

I've been coming here since 2009. I knew nothing about dogs but learned how to raise a healthy dog from the owners here. I always use their pet wash station. Super affordable and easy to use.
