I have a very successful business I’ve been in service for over 30 years. I don’t do many reviews personally. I needed a part for my snow blower. I called and spoke to a very nice woman and told me to take a picture of the engine number and call back. I did so and called back. A man answered and I explained what she said. He said I can not tell you anything by your engine number. I asked if I could send a picture of the part I need. And he responded absolutely not, I do not receive texts on my personal phone. I don’t know how else I can help you. Very rude! I wouldn’t want someone like that EVER representing my company or any service company.

Take too long my sister took a lawnmower service repaired and didn't do anything for two weeks and didn't ever inform us nothing waste of time bad business..

Best place to go for new tools, service as well as parts. Unlike other places that have to order everything, they have most parts in stock. Josh and Tim are both kind and helpful. Guys like that make buying local always the better value in the long run!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've consistently exceeded my expectations. I've brought leaf blowers, weed whackers, lawnmowers and a woodchipper/leaf shredder in for service. I've never had to return for a problem. A++++ highly recommended
