I ate here with someone who isn't vegan, and they said the lamb sliders taste exactly like lamb. The poke nachos had great house fried wonton chips. The service was great, and the food was ready quicker than expected!

Ate here at the Indian Basin Waterfront Park. The mushroom tacos were delicious! Thai Ice tea is a good combination. Able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Bay while enjoying my meal.

I've been to many veggie restaurants around the world. These jackfruit wings were, simply put, one of the best things I've ever eaten. Even the carnivores in the house were shook.

This spot and Roasted and Raw have the best vegan Mac and cheese!!! I don’t even miss normal mac and cheese anymore. I definitely recommend it. I also tried the hot chicken sandwich. That was pretty tasty but I wish there was less breading and more “meat” (mushroom).

The Hood Vegan Chefs came to Houston and served a Vegan Po Boy, oh my goodness it was so deliciously well seasoned to perfection. I believe they used mushrooms in place of the protein I couldn’t tell the difference with crispy & crunchy texture. The presentation had a beautiful color palette all placed into this crunchy bread roll topped with this amazing secret sauce. I would recommend to anyone looking for great food made with love ❤️.

I finally got to pre-order with the Vegan Hood Chefs this weekend. I kept being out of town or something but have wanted to try their food for months. I have been a vegetarian for 16 years and eat mostly plant based and I can honestly say this was one of the tastiest vegan meals I have had! This week it was the Oyster Mushroom PoBoys and Cajun potato salad on the menu. The flavors were so good! Delivery was great and the staff is super helpful. I can’t say enough about their food and their mission.
