Absolutely delicious meal! All rolls were bigger than other sushi spots and definitely justified the additional $1-$2 per roll. Highly recommend!!! Service amazing as well.

I called at around 8pm to ask about their hours on Monday. The hostess said energetically they were open and haven’t run out of anything and to come on in. So we came around 8:45pm, and she greeted us nicely and grabbed two menus and was walking out to seat us, when suddenly we turned to view the sushi chef and he vehemently said, “No! Take out only!” He crossed his arms in a big X with a huff and said, “No!” again! The poor hostess/waitress and I got startled and confused and froze for a second. There were zero guests inside dining by the way. I was confused because I had just called to verify that we could eat here. What happened? So then I thought ok well I’m starving and hobbling so tired from the day I’ll order something to go. But then my husband was given a scorned look by the sushi chef and then we decided he doesn’t want us here. The waitress looked sad as I asked her about the specials. We decided to leave as we felt super uncomfortable even to order take out. As we were leaving, she hoped we’d come back another time.

Best Sushi Around!! What a great menu! Every time I go in there, the chef surprises me with his creative combinations. The appetizers are amazing but what really got me was the quality of the fish and huge assortment of unique rolls.
The new ownership has done a great job of updating the look and feel of the dining area and their service is quick and friendly.

Disappointing Experience with Long Wait Times"
"We placed a takeout order for sushi rolls at 7:00 PM and were initially told it would take an hour. After clarifying that the order was only sushi rolls, we were informed they would call when it was ready. However, we didn't receive a call until 8:00 PM. Upon calling the restaurant, we were informed that our order hadn't even started and could take another 30 minutes.
This was extremely frustrating as we were ordering for a child who didn't understand the long wait. The lack of communication and inaccurate initial estimates were unacceptable. We never received a specific ready time, leaving us uncertain about when we could finally pick up our order.

The food was great. The service was slow. There were families with little kids. Kids were crying. Some kids running around the tables. By 7.30 pm, when parents with kids left, the sushi bar became like Haven. The service became a little faster. All around great place for sushi.

For everything you hold dear, absolutely do not pay with card! I thought it was just me or a fluke or something. But I got charged an extra $25 dollars on my transaction here. I was literally just looking for a sushi spot because I was visiting. This is appalling after finding out they I’m not the only ONE, they have done this to. Please be careful and do yourself a favor and go to a more honest and trustworthy location.

We're picky... And this sushi hits the spot every single time! Plus the hospitality from the owner, management and sushi chef is top notch. Almost hesitate writing a review because I'd love to keep this place to ourselves!! But then again, I'd rather see them THRIVE. Won't disappoint! And consider reaching beyond the sushi to the baked yellowtail - Heavenly!
