We had the pleasure of doing a cupping session with Sarah and it was excellent! Sarah gave us a tour of the Tradition Coffee Roaster space and shared lots of cool facts about the roasting process as a whole as well as Hawaiian coffee (Kona) in particular. We had a lot of fun exploring the tastes and aromas of the brewed coffee and learning about Q Graders. If you’re on the island, definitely make a pit stop here because everyone is super warm and lovely and incredibly passionate about coffee - you won’t want to miss it!! A big shout out to Lindsey, the owner, too who took the time to chat with us as well. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

What a cool spot and story! Everyone was so sweet when I asked a million questions about the space, their mission, and recommendations.

Such a unique business concept in the industrial park! You walk in and there is a food truck, then the coffee shop, then a roasting operation, then a gallery upstairs, and down below is a gym. Nicely symbiotic.

I loved the fact that you can see them roasting while grabbing a latte. The metal cross above the tasting bar gave me chills knowing it was from WTC.

Our drinks were great. We grabbed a bag of Firehouse and have been enjoying it at home for a while. Hope to do a tasting soon too!

Amazing drinks, kind and friendly staff, positive energy:) I love the simple drinks like iced americano and the cold brew from which you can really taste the quality of the coffee but the fun drinks are amazing too. They don’t use generic syrups like other coffee shops and you can see your drink be made. I love that there are also baked goods that are vegan and gluten free available 🥹 I highly recommend you also sign up for one of the tours/tastings cuz it’s so interesting and you get to taste different coffees and learn about them. The atmosphere is great for working and there is good and fast WiFi!!

Did a tour with one of the staff Sarah & it was so awesome to learn about coffee beans and the background of how tradition coffee roasters came about. Sarah was so amazing & so so funny! It was an absolute pleasure to meet her and speak with her about all my experiences as a home barista lol I think next time I will definitely wanna do the other tour versions for sure!! I also enjoyed the 10% off purchase with the tour because I knew I was coming out buying a bag or two of coffee beans! Coffee was delicious & the little food truck right in front of their shop had a delicious carnitas breakfast taco!!! I’m still dreaming about it today. I got a cortado w/ oatmilk & my bf got their iced matcha latte. We sat inside, drank our drinks & ate and overall just basked in such a good atmosphere with such amazing staff!! I wish I lived closer, cause I would be definitely coming in every day. Maybe the owners will one day expand to the west side? 😉😆

A local coffee roaster near Kailua, Oahu that sells coffee for guests to consume as well as additions services on site as foods, coffee packages, merchandise, and tours of coffee roasting process. There is a website with tour schedule of time and date for those who are interested in learning and signup - the tour is on a specific date and time, not daily tour.

Good coffee, great to support a local roaster. Broad selection of whole beans. The co-located food truck that rotates throughout the week is a nice way of adding food to the coffee offerings

Found this cute little hidden gem off the beaten path of Kapaa Quarry Road. Their coffee is absolutely delicious and will definitely have you coming back for more. I ordered a cold brew with white chocolate mocha and cream. A+ service and coffee. There’s usually food trucks outside too which is also a nice treat.
