They have hired a new front desk assistant, Kathy, who is always a pleasure to work with! She greets you and goes the distance of making sure she delivers the correct product. The warehouse staff is always very helpful and courteous, today I was helped by Frank, who, just in our short interaction, was very pleasurable. Thank you!

Old Review: We have supported this business for many years now. It’s unfortunate that they are the only company locally that carries the product that we need to run our business. Customer service at the front desk could use a reminder of they objective of their job, as they usually seem unmotivated to provide quality service to the customer.
