We had a fantastic experience with Tucson Cactus and Koi! Paul built us a stunning raised pond for goldfish, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The pond is beautifully designed and expertly constructed, providing a serene environment for the fish.

Paul's expertise and passion for his work shine through in every detail, from the selection of materials to the finishing touches. He was a pleasure to work with, offering helpful advice and guidance throughout the process.

The end result is a tranquil oasis in our own yard, complete with happy and healthy goldfish swimming in their new home. We highly recommend Tucson Cactus and Koi to anyone looking to create a unique and beautiful water feature. Five stars and a big thank you to Paul!

Daniel and Alex delivered and installed a basalt column for us today. They did an amazing job, even though the location was tricky and in a tight corner. It looks wonderful in our yard, now we now want to get another one!

I recently took a wonderful group tour of Tucson Cactus and Koi. It was led by their manager, Daniel, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He walked and talked us through their whole outdoor nursery of all sorts of cacti and succulents. At the end of the tour everyone spoke glowingly of the experience and hoped to do it again. It was a wonderful experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend visiting Tucson Cactus and Koi.

Everything I've purchased from this store has absolutely thrived, from the plethora of cacti, to the chocolate flowers, to the rosemary I had potted up which I'm particularly proud of! The staff and management have made me feel very welcome every time I've been there. Finally, their pond plant and accessory selection is great and the quality is immaculate. I'd give it 6 stars if I could

I had a need! I needed a “LANDSCAPE FIX”. So, I stopped at Cactus and Koi on Oracle Road. WOW!! I met both Hailey and Laura… both very professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and so much fun to talk with. Cactus and Koi have so many cacti, succulents, plants, and trees on display for purchase in a neat, orderly, clean and in a beautiful setting. ALL THEIR PRODUCT is luscious, healthy and spectacular….and various sizes to meet everyone’s expectation. I have visited over a dozen nurseries multiple times over the past year in the Tucson metroplex….Cactus and Koi is at the TOP OF THE LIST…..by a lot!!!!!

I usually enjoy my plant shopping experiences, but last Saturday’s at T. Cactus & Koi certainly was the exception. I purchased a plant that was on display outside. After a couple days at home the plant had withered to a crisp. I called in and explained what happened. The salesperson-Haley-invited me back for a replacement. I felt satisfied. Not long afterward I answered a call from the owner. From the beginning I found his th one to be defensive. I explained that in my experience of shopping for plants in the Tucson area (from Cactus nursery), those that are displayed outside are usually acclimated. And that if that plant required frequent watering until fully acclimated, as a courtesy to customers that fact could be communicated. Ever on the defensive he told me “if you had any questions you should have asked, “ and, “It’s common sense that you would water it every day.” And abruptly he hung up on me.
I think this is an example of very poor business management—I’ll never go there again.
