Amazing variety of local goods, much more than what's shown on their site. Free samples in case you're not sure what to pick. The ulu "hummus" is so good. Creamy texture and the roasted tomato one is a flavor like a homemade pizza. Definitely a one stop shop if you're looking for things to send as gifts to the mainland or to support local folks and expand your snacking horizons. Get parking on site too.

I’m a visitor from California and was on a hunt for Keith’s Cookies. I checked various Foodland and Whole Foods stores across the island; no luck. I finally found them at the ‘Ulu Chip Factory!! This is the most charming store with all locally-produced food/pantry items. They also offer freshly made hummus, wraps, and sandwiches. Stock up on snacks and gifts for family/friends. Amongst many local brands, they carry Manoa chocolate bars, Big Island Bees honey, and Ubae Crinkle cookies.

The store is conveniently located south of the airport and offer parking on site (about 4 to 5 spaces). They take cash and credit cards. Customer service is super friendly and helpful!

Looking for an alternative to the discontinued Jackson's coconut oil sweet potato chips...I tried some 'Ulu Mana mixed breadfruit and sweet potato chips. Seemed a bit thin and crunchy and not enough salt at first bite. Had to try a second bite though, then a third and couldn't put them down. The chips just melt in your mouth and the salty flavor then sinks in perfectly. These are actually healthy! Addictive. Expect to pay a price though for Hawaiian products, but totally worth it.

Amazing variety and layout of Hawaiian locally made yummy snacks. Ulu hummus and chips are my absolute favorite!! Had to stock up my fridge 😁 owners are so friendly and offered many free samples! Plenty of free parking out front!! Do yourself a favor and check them out

We were on a quest to try breadfruit and it brought us to Ulu Mana. I'm guessing this isn't the traditional method of preparation because it is delicious! They have nailed their seasoning for the different types of chips they make and the ulu hummus we had was amazing. Their new store is nice with a variety of unique local specialty items like various jams, honeys, butters, barbecue rubs, seasoning, unique pancake mixes, etc.

Small local company specializing in our local Ulu (breadfruit). From fresh made to order ulu chips to pre-packaged chips.
Tip: get you a bag of the fresh order chips, you'll love it. My new fave is the churro style cinnamon sugar Mmm.
They also make ulu hummus in a variety of flavors as well as supporting other small local businesses buy helping to sell their products as well.
