Very bad experience. The food was cold. It's a shame they call it Qabuli palaw. It's not even close to real qabuli palaw. Did not finish it, and we paid for it. We had to go to another place to eat. The meat was not fresh at all. They moment we tried our first bite, the smell of spoiled meat kicked us off. The only thing which was fresh was fries and salad.

I recently ordered food from UMRA MARKET and was extremely disappointed with my experience. While eating a dish, I found a stone inside the food, which is not only shocking but also a serious health hazard. This level of negligence in food preparation is unacceptable, and it shows a complete lack of attention to customer safety.

This grocery store is clean and well-organized, with excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, and the food, especially the kebabs, is delicious. My only suggestion would be to improve consistency. Each time I order the same kebab, it comes with different bread, and sometimes with salad, sometimes without. If they could consistently serve the kebab with the same soft, round, fluffy bread, it would be perfect. Aside from that, I’d happily give them 5 stars!

I paid $500 to rent their Hall and an additional $200 for the service fee for cleaning their Hall.
When we got there for our party in the evening the hall was so hot ? and the AC was off.
We did reach out to them to turn it on the AC but they refused to do that.
They need to improve their services like other places.
This is the USA, not Afghanistan.
They have to be honest and respectful of their customer's needs.
