Went twice for a float and was told they did not have anymore root beer. Def. was disappointed going two different times and the same response. This place is too awesome to be out of stock on items. Almost wanted to bring my own lol. Happy Spring! 🙂

WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM! This is no doubt THE BEST Italian Ice experience I’ve ever had! The flavors are on point. Sizes are generous for the price. There is definitely something for everyone with the tremendous selection of Italian Ice and Gelato! They also have soft serve! Mix it up! The store is super cute and very clean and kept. They take cash and cards! There is seating inside if you want to take a break and a to-go window if you are on the go.
The cherry on top?…the awesome service! Extremely friendly, patient and expeditious. You will not be disappointed. #amazing

My family & I have been coming to Uncle Louie G’s spot here in Maywood for a few years. The Italian ice & ice cream selection is really great. All flavors are good and you won’t be disappointed regardless of choice. Favorite ice cream flavor is their coconut. One of the best I’ve ever had. They take cash or credit and the service is super friendly. They also have a quick to go window in case you want to make it a fast stop.

We found this hidden gem ice cream shop at the time we visited nearby seafood restaurant nearby. We saw there was a long line standing in front of its window. My friends mentioned it's one of the best ice creams in local. Therefore we had to taste it. I ordered one scoop of mint flavor and one scoop of blackberry flavor. It tasted so creamy and I could feel the freshness blowing on my face. Because we just came back from our European trip, the ice cream from this shop reminded me of the ice creams we ate in Europe.
