This is a large cold storage warehouse, typical of many produce suppliers, but overall a solid experience. I checked in around 8am and was assigned a dock at 11am. While a 3-hour wait may seem long to some, it’s actually not too bad compared to many other places, and it was well within a reasonable timeframe.

What stood out to me was the clear and direct communication from the shipper – no guessing games or confusion, which made the process much easier.

There was also plenty of parking available, which is always a bonus when you’re trying to avoid the stress of finding a spot. Overall, a good experience, and I’d definitely return.

Main entrance when you go to shipping office they will send you to Overflow lot around the corner and dowload an app to check in. Loading takes time but there is plenty of parking in the area to sleep.

This is a terrible place to pick up. The heavy set lady that works there is rude and disrespectful. Not to mention the wait times are ridiculous. Checked in for my load at 3:45pm and didn't depart until 11:45. This is another example of a company that pretends to have great service like they tried to do on my first visit to this location but now I see what they are really like. The reviews are accurate on this one. 👎

Very slow. They load multiple different farms out of here so they only use certain doors for certain pick ups just be aware of that. Also even if you check in as soon as they open at 9 am you can still expect to wait several hours even if you only one for a particular section just because they can.

Check in at 0800. Had to call their dispatch to schedule.
Get called to dock. 3+ hrs later loaded and called for bills.
84700 at CAT up the road.
Bring back for rework.
Hour wait, 2nd rework, 81k at scale.
Sitting here now waiting for the 3rd time.
Amateur hour all day fkin long. 1800 hrs now so I've been here all damn day.
Dust bowl everywhere.
Lady at check-in was cool and helpful.
Dude at check out was cool.

Place is ok, took them like 2hrs with waiting to get into dock. I came at the right time when a storm passed and turned the whole place into lakes and mud. Check in is at different location than the dock. That’s for checking out.

I got very bad experience at that point. Very long waiting for load. And only for checking we need to download app. Rubbish. They are giving appointment but for sure you are not getting load on time.
In short you need to one extra day to get load.
