We Been Talking Management About Canceling Contract With This Company. POOR QUALITY Clothing, Gear, and Jackets Coats.

They Can Not Even Get Sizing Correct. Why The Small Cut Like Large and The Extra Small Cut Like Medium.

The Cut in 2023 fits Better Than the Cut in 2025 which is now bigger and appears less warmer too as in poorer quality and missing the hood. You can’t make this up I swear.

I Can’t Wait Until A Newer Organization Takes Place.

They also Lie about packaging and delivery status, just be sitting and this is not the first time.

Uniform quality is poor!! Size either runs too small or too big. The material used is very uncomfortable, hard and course. The medium commando sweater fits like a small and the large fits like an xxl. Same for the shirt and the cargo pants just uncomfortable. Tip to the company-workers spend about 2/3 of their day in their uniform hence it should be comfortable and high quality. Please don’t tell me it’s what the company pays for just don’t offer poor quality clothing because it reflects negatively on your company.

Unipro received uniforms that I was measured for on December 4. It is December 27th and I have not received my uniform. I ordered uniforms directly from the website about 2 weeks after I shipped the uniforms and got those already. I guess Unipro has the contract so they hey don’t care when they fulfill their obligations. I don’t even want to talk about everyone in my class being measured and nobody uniform fits. This is unacceptable.

I will be down at the Superintendent office of my employer(MTA) to request for our account to be pulled from here. Hundreds of new employees has not received uniforms, back ordered items and was sent wrong sizes. NO STARS was not an option

I only gave 5 stars because I wanted it to be seen unlike me when I entered the store. By far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Both sales associates ignored me and my mom; as we walked in we were not properly greeted just left idle until someone was ready to help us. When they did decide to interact with us they were absolutely nasty and rude. However I was eventually measured but when I finally received my uniforms they were too big. I wouldn't recommend. Maybe if the service was a little better I wouldn't be as upset.
