This is our first assignment back from overseas and we never expected to receive this type of amazing care and attention to detail from Rebekah and the team. Our 5th assignment, and was here for the longest of them all. UC was great, very helpful at move in, the house was in great condition and clean, and UC personnel were so helpful. This was our first time living on base, and we can definitely understand why people opt for it! So convenient, maintenance is wonderful, efficient and communication was always great, from big requests to minor requests. We lived here through a major power outage, and UC provided help and food and as much information as possible along the way. Take care of the property and be a good tenant and it’s a wonderful experience! Even move out was smooth, we were up front about a few things that we didn’t know if we’d need to replace and they were helpful. Fingers crossed our next base housing experience is at least half as pleasant as this one was!

This housing is awful. My roof has been leaking for two weeks and maintainer has done nothing to fix it and they have known about it for two weeks. I called the emergency line and the guy hung up on me and did nothing to help me with the issue. It has rained twice in the past two weeks and has done damage to the ceiling. I also have not been told when my roof is supposed to be fixed and rain in the forecasts.

We have spent 3 and a half years and we will miss this place.
Luckily never an issue and even when we had one, maintenance was always proactive.
Both move in and move out processes have been seamless, and the services the leasing office provides are unique and tailored to the entertainment of families and individuals.
We will miss the feeling of living in this well-cared neighbourhood and the UC Team!
