Definitely not fcfs. Been here waiting for more than 2 hrs for a door. Only one truck here before me. Waited for him to leave. Then they bring in a truck that arrived after me. After 0600. Which leads me to believe he was either late for his 0600 or he had a later time. Either way, he went to a door. Then he leaves, another truck that arrived around 0635, he's now in a door. So three trucks now, 2 of which arrived after me. Now there are two other trucks besides me waiting. I have a 0700 delivery. I'm definitely the first to arrive for a 0700 appointment. We shall see.

Pretty fast at getting a dock. Gotta park in there lot when waiting for dock, it’s right on 10th ave enough room to turn around. Alley dock in from the street. Watch out for the big hole on your blind side

Turn on 10th street and turn around in gravel lot with all the u s food trucks parked. You will be backing from the street into the dock door. Be sure to slide tandems all the way forward to get easier. Tight area but doable

Arrived 0800 for 0900 appointment, didn’t get a dock till 1300, unloaded and leaving at 1500. Only had 2 trucks ahead of me. Said they were having a slow day

Cons: "Was a mission to find this place due to new traffic patterns, construction and changes. Pretty small place and backing up off a busy street, vehicles WILL try to pass you/and or force their way through. Not for the faint of heart or new drivers."
Pros: "Decent unloading speed, arrived at 1300 hrs was done by 1415 hrs."

It's first come first serve. When you back to the doc make sure do not drive on the side walk it doesn't support the truck.

Overall not a bad experience, it is for the most part first come first serve, backing is a bit tight but not bad for down town, very friendly staff, they charge a lumper fee, they accept com checks but no relay code, they charge extra for cash and have com checks but charge 5$ for them. It does seem to be a very safe location but having the FBI building next to it may have a part to play, only enough parking on 10th street for 3 trucks.
