The food was amazing and so were the staff!! We felt very welcome, their coffee drinks were perfectly made and so was the food, some of the best nachos I’ve had! Pastrami sandwich came as advertised, defiantly their specialty!! How about a pink waffle for the little princess in your life too!

Vibe Cafe has the cutest inviting aesthetic touches, a delicious fresh menu of items and truly follows their "good vibes only" sign on the wall.

Located just 5 minutes from Hilo Airport, you'll find Vibe Cafe in a tiny strip of businesses with plenty of parking.

When you walk inside, you're greeted with pink and floral printed walls, fresh plants and cute seating areas with freshly picked tropical flowers on every table.

As a vegan, I was so excited to find this spot, and absolutely LOVED everything we ordered!

I had the açai bowl and added almond butter. My son had the Strawberry smoothie as a bowl, and also got the pink waffles. We LOVED every bite. The smoothie bowls were some of my favorite ever, and I'm constantly trying new spots.

We will definitely be heading back to this spot as often as we can, so glad to have this option in Hilo.

Amazing place! Great local feel, delicious food, and super friendly staff. This was our favorite cafe we stopped at during our whole trip in Hawaii. Their menu is unique, everything was super fresh and just a great place to hangout. One of the workers even helped us come up with an itinerary for the rest of our vacation and she had some awesome recommendations. Definitely don't miss this place!

A cute atmosphere for meeting a friend for brunch. A couple solid vegan options. I had the pesto tartine and was underwhelmed. Overall, 3/5 stars for me.

I feel kind of conflicted writing this because if you had asked me to rate Vibe last year, it would have been an easy 5+ stars (I liked it so much I remembered it for the next trip). While the servers are kind and the decorations are so cute and stylish, I probably won't be back.

The food is delicious, but the portions are so, so small. I just can't justify the price (even though all the food around the island is more expensive than last year). I got the acai bowl expecting a meal size portion and got a bowl that was 1/2 an inch deep. It felt like a snack/ small treat even though it was almost $15 (I added honey for $1). I wish they would make the bowl a little more expensive and fix the portions because as it stands, a reasonable person would need at least 2 bowls for a meal, which puts the price at around $30... I'm genuinely confused about how the portion is half of what it was last year (see photos for reference). I went to other places around the island for acai, so I knew the price probably would be 2 to 3 dollars higher than last year, but the shrinkflation that occurred genuinely had me in shock.

Edit: While I appreciate the response from the owner, the bowl size is not wider it's actually less wide (I wish I had taken a picture using a hand to show this). I'm pretty sure the bowl was compostable before as well? I'm 99% sure I eat the same amount of food as before, so the portion is definitely not the same. It was interesting to learn about the acai change, but honestly, it tasted the same to me.

Ate here every day on vacation to the Big Island - the Açaí Bowl and avocado toast were amazing, the staff super friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was exactly as advertised 🤙

Been meaning to go here for awhile and never got around to it... Finally went and it was amazing!! One of not thee best "Super food" Acai bowls I've had in a very long time!! And their Mushroom latte was delicious!! I only drink mushroom coffee now and was so happy to see they serve it here... I think it's the only place in town that does!! I'll definitely be back to try different things on their menu that I saw others enjoying! Also, love the vibe here... With a touch of "hole in the wall" yet very posh lil' cafe! Will be back!

The place is super chill and I love the variety of healthy options. The girl working was nice. The acai bowls were delicious, although a lot of the açaí was just a frozen block. I have to rate it lower cause it’s not sustainable to eat here often because of price. We got 3 açaí bowls and an iced latte and it was almost $70.
