Worst place to do business. They assign me a rep, he never pick up the phone, you can never place an order, you have to go to the office and they are all rude except the front desk lady that make you feel welcome. There is no supervisor to take your complain because apparently, no one care.

I give 5 alone just for their sale rep Hakan. He never led us astray and literally tries to help us get a good product and gives us plenty of recommendations about products. I'm from Turkey so I do my best to order the brands I know and skip all the other ones I never heard of before. Worst case, I ask them what they think and so far they have been honest with the brands. I recommend everyone to do the same.

We say in Turkish, "it requires at least a 1000 witnesses" to call these products Turkish food, meaning these Ipek products are so off from what they are supposed to taste that you would not be able to convince anybody. Not authentic, not Turkish. I guess the owner never tasted his products or he is not Turkish. If I were the owner of this company I would be ashamed of selling these mud tasting products as Turkish food. I would not even feed the guard dogs of the factory with these food, let alone selling these to people. I tried to contact them but their website will not respond. Please stop selling these as Turkish food.
