Great place to get all kinds of local food and products, and see some cacao and how it's turned into chocolate and samples are provided. It also has a nice soap shop across the road in an old sugar mill, a great place to stop and see some local stuff without the crowds.

Delicious coffee and shaved ice (with real cane sugar syrup)!
We spent some time talking with the folks here about their coffee, shaved ice, and notes about the island.
Prices were reasonable given the local and artisanal value. If you're near here or even at the Dole Plantation, then this is worth the stop!

Amazing! Visited today and got the history and the process of coffee and cacao by the very friendly staff. Best chocolate we have had on the island. So many great suviners and local artist items. They also have local shaved ice with all natural flavors, amazing! A must do on any trip to the island.

This sugar museum was great. We went just 30 minutes before they closed but went on a short coffee and chocolate tour of the entire chocolate/ coffee making process. We did coffee, chocolate, and hot sauce tastings and had the option to do a spice tasting as well but didn't want to stay past closing time to be courteous to the workers who would likely love to be off on time. I loved 7 of the 10 hot sauces and will be ordering them when I get home because they ship orders via online orders. Couldn't bring it on the airplane because I never check bags. This place is worth a visit, they have everything from souvenirs to ice cream, food, art, clothing, soaps/body lotions, coffee, kitchen utensils, etc. I loved this store and will come back every time I'm on the north shore.

Alot of nice stuffs. Hats, coffee, Shirts, basically souvenir things to take with you if you're a tourist. A little pricey but if can afford it go for it! Support local stores. They are open on Saturdays especially with the farmers market being open from 8am-1pm. ATM available. Check them out!

Best shave ice, super friendly people and prices are good. Huge selection of cool stuff, coffee, spices, etc. Must visit if you're in the area

Very nice staff. Pretty neat looking old mill building. It started to get pretty hot in the afternoon, so we did not stay for the tour. There were samples of coffee out; tasted like water. We did not get to sample any chocolate (which would have been the highlight).

The iced coffee was pretty good, the espresso was ok, the wait was pretty long.
Items in the store, seem a bit pricey. My husband was looking for a little bowl for his watch; but they weren’t made locally, the labels said “made in….Not Hawaii”. The mill is a large building so there is lots to look at and purchase.
