Let’s talk about this incredible family owned business for a minute! First of all I want to say if you are there— go in and meet these sweet people. Secondly, I’ll explain my experience. My parents were going to Kaua’i for a week vacation for the first vacation in 5+ years. These last few years have been particularly difficult due to medical illness and stressful jobs. It has taken a toll. So we wanted to do something to start their vacation off on the right foot as they work to reconnect and relax. After searching and searching to find a wine delivery that would go to their hotel, a wine shop in Princeville recommended I call them. It was the best recommendation ever. Not only were they super help and responsive but they were flexible and willing to deliver just as my parents were checking in. The owner even texted me a picture of the basket as she was leaving to personally deliver it! I’ve never dealt with such generous, kind people in my life. I hope to go one day and thank them in person. My parents were so surprised and happy when they got their basket. I’m so grateful I found them and they were able to do this for us!

Excellent customer service! The owner was friendly and welcoming plus answered our millions of questions lol. Highlly recommend stopping here at the beginning of your vacation to learn more about local goods and stores to support. We found this place by accident after having a very poor experience at the Nani Moon place across the street, It was what saved our mood for sure and renewed our Aloha spirit (literally and figuratively lol).

Knowledgable and helpful for shipping needs! We will be back next year 🙂
