•Door Assignment: Once assigned, go around back and check in at door 129 (green arrow shows the location).
Be prepared to wait, I personally had an 0800 appt, didn’t get my bills back until 1330, was expecting this from other reviews, so come here and collect that detention 🤣

First check in at the guard shack; you'll need truck number & plate# and trailer number & plate number ... I know right? Drive around to the back and receiving is door 129. Head down the hall and out the door where there's a white receiving sign.

They have PARKING ONSITE no need to waste time trying to find a truck stop near by just pull up. Bathroom access for Drivers and vending machines. My personal opinion it was decent. I had a 5am appointment they called me at 1am for a door. Make sure you write down your license plate for truck and trailer before you check in. Bring your ID with you. Otherwise they send you back to get it.

Update they take forever to unload. I didn’t get the Greenlight till 6:40am. Been at the dock since 1am

This place is great. They unload quickly, they allow parking. Just sucks when you have drivers like this who take up two spots and just doesn't care how he parks. Hopefully someone takes the front of his truck off.

You pull up to check in by parking in the staging area and walking up to the security office. You need truck number, truck license plate number, trailer number and trailer license number, as well as drivers license.
They check you in, take down your phone number and have you wait in the staging area until ready. Guy at security gate tells you which door to go to. Yard is pretty hectic, but plenty of room for backing
You go to receiving office where you go to the receiving window, then the lumper window. The comments are right, you sit around and wait a long time

If your in the Trucking industry to make money dont come here!!! The time it takes to deliver makes absolutely no sense. They claim they are counting cases, they are you and the other 50 trucks along the dock beside you all at once!!! So for a load that should take no more than 2hrs to count here it more like 6hrs+. I refuse to come back here again almost 5hrs in the dock lumper paid green light been flashing for 2hrs and sill no bills smh.

First time here and damn not a good impression at all. Thankfully the military exposure to foreign languages helped. Checked in 0430 and checked out 1000. Morning security ok did everything but tell me where my door is and location of check-in. Find this out by watching what's going on. Have to stand in the cold when the office is warmer. I went from Jamaica to Mexico. They rejected a few boxes for damages but they looked like they damaged them and just rejected them for no reason. Outbound security was a mute or something and I had to reach out to give him my paperwork. Like dude walk up to the damn door not like we get 8hrs of sleep

In and out within 3 hrs.

Park, check in at the guard shack with your CDL, truck and trailer license plate #, go back to your truck. They’ll give you a call, you drive to the gates, they give you your ppwk with dock #. Park at the dock, go to the receiving office, check in, then at the 1st window ask how much is a lumper $. Wait in your truck. They’ll come to collect PHYSICAL CHECK after unloading And come back in a few minutes with your bills.

Leave both doors open on your way out
