I ordered an orchid lei and had it delivered to my girlfriend, as a surprise, who was visiting Hawaii with her girlfriends for her birthday. They were staying at Aulani (quite a distance). The person who took my order was very helpful and accommodating. I asked for the delivery to happen as early in the morning as possible because her girlfriends made plans for her. The lei was brought to the lobby before 9 am, the driver called her phone and hand delivered the lei to her. She was so surprised!! Her girlfriends took pictures and videos. The lei was beautiful!! Thank you Watanabe Floral!! Well Done!!!!

We ordered the Doggie Delight arrangement for our mother and it was so nice! It looked exactly like the picture that was posted on the website. Cute and beautifully arranged, we definitely were impressed! The customer service was top-notch also. Responded to our email inquiry promptly and was notified with a receipt for the order and when the arrangement was delivered. A few days after receiving a beautiful tropical arrangement from Watanabe Floral, the arrangement quickly started to die. I decided to write the company under their guest service tab, located on the website that evening to inquire if I was taking proper care of the plant. The next morning, I received a phone call from them explaining to me that I was doing everything correctly, but they insisted on delivering a new arrangement to me free of charge. The arrangement was delivered to me about 2 hours later, along with a follow up call to be sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed with their company and really apperciated the excellent costumer service. Thanks Watanabe Floral!

Called to order an arrangement for my mother's birthday and was worried it wouldn't be delivered for her today. I wanted carnations but didn't know how to have the florist just make something up for me so I placed an order online and it was delivered within 2 HOURS!!!!!
