We've been CSA shareholders with Waterpenny for over a decade and have found Rachel & Eric to be two of the most environmentally-sustainably-minded people we've met. They have a true sense of what it means to think holistically about how to support a healthy farm, starting with the way the land is nurtured to help work in tandem with the farmers themselves. A visit to their farm events will net you delicious tomato tasting, exploration into the stream to find waterpennies, fresh pressed apple cider, or a walking tour of the farm to see the mobile chicken coops and native plants contributing to the healthy environment. Such a great find. I went there last Friday, and the staff was just bringing in the day's harvest. The old barn smelled of fresh flowers. Everything was so fresh, it was like buying the vegetables straight off the vine. The tomatoes and zucchini tasted as delicious and as fresh as anything grown in a backyard garden. It was a great experience.

Fresh, organic produce & Farm fresh eggs! The interns are nice & helpful and there is an honor system if you come to buy things after hours! How about that!!!
