Wonderful experience. Best processor I have ever used. I will never use another processor if they are not available I will do it myself. They also had my deer processed fairly quickly considering they had a freeze full when I dropped mine off. I can't thank them enough. They are great people hoping to get the wife one before the season ends and get one more out to them the season if they have time. Keep up the great work.

We own Mac Farms AL in Albertville,AL. We have dealt with many processors over the years and Weaver Meat Processing is by far the best in North Alabama. Brandy in the front goes over and above to communicate. I would recommend them to anyone wanting beef or pork. Unfortunately they shut down during winter and switch over to deer only so you want to keep that in mind. I don't like having to bring our animals anywhere else but them

We have always used a different processor, unfortunately they are an hour away. We decided to try out Weavers based off of reviews and considering how are much closer they are to us. I dropped off a large doe 3 weeks ago. The man at intake gutted the doe in front of me and inspected the shot zone. He said my doe looked great with minimal damage and I should easily expect 40-60lbs in ground. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I called last Tuesday to be told my order should be ready in 1-2 days. I never heard anything back. I called back today, a week later. The lady at the desk seemed confused on what happened to my order as it should of already been ready. She said she would call me right back to let me know. Never got a call, but a few hours later got a text saying my order was miraculously ready. My wife went to pick up my order and was surprised to see what little we got, only 28.034 lbs. We only have 5 lbs that are actually 1lbs. The rest are under, with the smallest being .754lbs. So either that guy at intake lied, which doesn't seem correct considering how large my doe was, or they lost my deer in processing or gave it to someone else mistakenly. I'm an avid hunter and have never had this issue with any other processor I've used before. Don't get me started on how much they charge compared to other high quality processors. I'm glad others have had good experiences here, however it's unfortunate that my experience wasn't the same. Some honesty and good communication can go a long way. I'm sure whoever runs the place will defend themselves on here and say the complete opposite. I called back after pickup and asked for an explanation and was told there was no one in the office that I could speak to in order to try and figure this out. It's frustrating after 3 weeks of being given the runaround, I can't speak to someone to try and figure this out.

Really good people, excellent service and even better quality in meat.
I drove over an hour for them to handle my deer meat. Haven't tried all their specialty items, but every thing I have is delicious 😋!

I just brought my deer meat here today to be processed. They do have a great selection of different options to choose from. Hoping for some great tasting deer meat.

Good place to do business but had a little trouble with communication. Said they had texted me but never got it. Received a voicemail mail saying if I didn’t pick up my meat in 2 days they would have to do something different with it

Outstanding experience at every level. After all my hard work and effort to raise my animals the folks at Weavers were there for me every step of the way. From humanely dispatching my boys to fine custom butchering these folks are top notch. Every person that I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I would leave a ten star review if it was possible. I have to admit that I was quite a pain the neck as a first time client but Brandy helped me through the process and always had a smile. And Stanley is not kidding when he says my knife is my paintbrush. I already have reservations for 2025. I look forward to working with Weaver each year moving forward. Thank you all.
