The store is always clean, and service is always speedy! I must admit I use their Military discount with my Weis membership card on Thursdays!

You should try the Sushi too because it's always fresh and delicious!

I have a mini story about store 68 west hazleton pa. I was in there today sitting in the booths. There was a can of beer which had a paid sticker on it and a salad. The booth was empty. I looked out and there was a white dude all covered in mud smoking a cigarette. He proceeded to come in store started drinking beer got aggressive saying “how ya doin buddy?” I immediately left and on the way out I told a first level manager who was doing a reset of the issue. His reply “I’ll tell someone “ after that I call store to speak with the beer department manager who also didn’t care

I’d wonder does this store have a liquor license to drink in store? Then how about how dirty this guy was? I’ll push it to another level

It’s obvious they are trying to keep prices down.

All thru March 2025, an 18 pack of eggs has been $5 with 100 loyalty points.

I know this is probably a corporate thing, but whoever planned how to stock this store must have done it blindfolded by throwing darts. Need hot sauce? 4 different sections in 2 different aisles, sorted arbitrarily. Carrots? Three different sections, one regular, one organic, one baby, which would make sense, except they're no where near each other. Frozen foods? Two sections of freezers on complete opposite ends of the store.

I tried the spicy tuna roll and crunch tempura roll. I gotta say, it's better than the sushi restaurant that I used to go, and most definitely better than other grocery sushi around! It's a bargain for the price.

I am so glad that the fire did not completely destroy this place. I love it. The beer Cafe has a really good selection. Also it is a terrific grocery store.

The re-opening shows thought was put into the layout. It now is a smoother flow with like items close by. However, with self checkout being pushed and cashiers more interested in chatting than working, the time to checkout is inexcusable. The number of available cashiers is too low. Still too few cashiers, but the pharmacy staff is outstanding. Confusing ham sale, but Karen in customer service was fantastically helpful. Their self checkout is terrible. There are more people standing around, while help is requested, but they do not come to assist. Still no better and the store layout is terrible.
