The food here is tasteless nothing taste fresh except the ketchup packets the burgers are smaller than McDonald's thin burgers they never get the order right the first time there always out of things then they substitute without asking you first you complain to management about these and other problems they either ignore you or their quick to throw the employees under the bus ive never had a problem with the employees some 1 asked how r they still around its because they pay rent on time it's sure not the food the pic is supposedly the baconator it came with 21/2 thin patties crumbled bacon when it clearly shows whole bacon THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING DONT WASTE your TIME or MONEY This place seriously need to b investigated by health and safety?

Went through the drive thru to order some drinks for a long drive… they did not give us any straws.. so I parked went in .. only to find out.. they were completely out… don’t sell drinks in a drive thru if you can’t give a straw to drink it

This Wendy’s is the gold standard for quality. I know that sounds dramatic but not only will I drive significantly out of my way to go to this Wendy’s as opposed to the Fairbanks one, but I honestly feel like it’s the highest quality Wendy’s I’ve eaten at. Everything just tastes super fresh and good it’s like night and day. Staff attitude is great. My only complaint is they seem to be out of stock of things a lot. But I’d still rather come here.

As with most Wendy's, the staff is very friendly, but the food is terrible. The staff can only deal with the quality corporate supply chain ships to them so it's not their fault. Wendy's overall has declined greatly in food quality over the years. Pick another fast food option unless you enjoy stale buns and flavorless food.

I went through drive thru & requested for my nuggets to be fried fresh I was willing to wait 5-10 minutes for those after along day of work. I got them a they were hard and cold. Tasted like rubber, Kyle & Dustin seem like two young workers who said they can’t do nothing about my concern. Which was very unprofessional I even asked nicely if they drop 2 six piece and I’ll wait and the manager the young male said he don’t want to wait on nuggets. He had red hair & he looked high off marijuana. The crew during this time all looked young and very unprofessional. They need someone who’s older understanding and professional to watch over them. I’m very unhappy and this crew need to do better.

They were out of pretty much everything. Ordered my food and waited 20 minutes only to find out that they never actually took my order. Everyone smelled like weed, which I get, I’d have to smoke to work in a place that performs at a kindergartners level. Nuggets where like diamonds the patties where like rubber, and the three people on their phones could care less. I liked this place better when it was closed down. Was probably cleaner then too as everything and I mean every surface is covered in grease somehow.

The cleanest part of the restaurant was the bathroom. The inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy and disgusting especially behind the counter the food was great but the service was super slow no one was wearing hair nets or gloves hair all in their face that they kept touching with their hands the trash in the parking lot was unbelievable one of the grossest places that I have seen in Alaska and I have been here a long while do better Dave. Next time I will add photos keep it clean.

Bathroom floors were greasy and slippery and in degraded condition. But the urinal worked, the sink had running water, and there was soap and paper towels in the dispensers. The food was exactly as expected from Wendy's so that was nice.
