My chicken sandwich was missing all the toppings, and I felt the fries could have served quicker so it would be more fresh.

So where to start this location is absolutely terrible with the food. I asked for well done etc. it wasn't well done the skin was soggy disgusting and the fries where under cooked. Some was cut huge some was cut small. The ones cut huge wasn't cooked all the way and still raw. The ones cut small was over cooked. Just a terrible experience I would advise to not order from here it's not worth it at all.

The food was terrific. I don't understand all these negative reviews. The woman who attended me was polite to me and to every other customer. She worked fast with a sense of urgency. My order was exactly as ordered. The garlic boneless wings are to die for. All food is fresh. The Cajun corn is the best corn I've ever eaten. Will definitely come back again. This is my 2nd visit one in Florida and one in Pennsylvania neither disappointed. P.S if you're in a rush might as well ordered ahead because you will wait 15-20 minutes but only because the food is cooked to order.

Bottom line, I work out of town and I ordered online however I forgot to check the location and accidentally ordered at the wrong location, 60miles away… the employees/manager of this store was not helpfully at all in reaching the other Wingstop nor did I receive a refund. I even showed the employee/manager my order on my phone. It was $30 something dollar order and the staff at this location was unhelpfully. I sat in the parking lot trying to call the other location that I ordered at for 15mins and they were very unhelpful as well. After they answered the phone the first time they just left me on the line and then I proceeded to call back numerous times and then no one ever answered my call. Pretty upsetting customer service from multiple locations.

I can’t believe they gave me a full plate of burnt fries. The more I think about it, the more it doesn’t make any sense. The chicken was nice, but I’ll never visit this establishment again even it was for free. There is also no where to sit and eat inside.

I made a huge mistake coming here, i won't do that again. looks like there were a lot of orders back there so i get that they were busy. there were 4 people in front of me picking up orders. i should have taken that as a hint not to place an order myself. after that they stopped taking orders from people coming in. one woman was given the wrong order and at one point a male worker went out front to talk to a customer? about something and returned smelling strongly like weed. I waited 20 minutes after i ordered and only 1 order had been completed in that time so i just left.

I was very dissatisfied. might as well stop doing door dash and uber eats if yall don’t have anybody checking the bags before you send them off for delivery I was missing a item in my bag food was dripping poorly packaged and the fries really? like put some salt on them or something the food was horrible. :((((( I want my money back !!! Sorry not sorry.

So my dad’s been wanting to try this Wing Stop since it’s closer compared to the one in Bradenton. I’ve never ate at this branch, but from what I’ve read the reviews haven’t been the best. So I never was in a rush to try them, they needed to work the kinks out from what I’ve read lol. So this past Saturday we decided to give ‘em a try…. Bad BAD idea! Not only were our fries LIMP & SOGGY. The boneless wings were partially sauced. The wings were fully cooked and battered, but they were stingy with the sauce. The sauce that was present, looked dry when the sauces that we ordered were “wet”. Definitely won’t be returning to THIS Wing Stop. Hopefully the one that’s opening on Clark rd (I think) will be better.
