Stumbled upon this place when I was in the area and was rewarded with one of the best cuts of beef I’ve ever cooked. We got a 3.6 pound tomahawk that was beautifully marbled and cooked amazingly on the grill. We chatted with Nancy who told us they are new and planning to open a location in Princeton soon. They butcher a cow every Saturday, and the meat is super premium and fresh. We also got pork sausage which was very high quality and flavorful. The Hopewell location is a little tough to find. It’s in a separate house behind the larger market which was not obvious driving in. If you go you’ll be rewarded with a level of beef you can’t get anywhere else in the area.

I went to pickup my first online order today in Hopewell. The butcher was just getting my order ready. So, I got to see the magic in action. It was a great experience. The meet was so fresh. And the cuts are impeccable. I can’t wait to put the
3 pound Tomahauk on the flame. Love this place!!❤️❤️
