We visited on a Thursday evening in early November 2024. There was parking available on the street. We walked a block or so. The staff was super friendly and we did carry out. Took about 15 mins to prep all our food. The place was fairly busy and had many patrons at the bar as well.

We ordered the Wooden Pickle Fries to share which were very good and a nice portion. We also order the Brewery Fries which were well seasoned and very good. We also got the Crab Dippers to share. They were also good.

The mozzarella sticks we order for my youngest picky eater. I assume they were good as he ate them all. My wife ordered the Farm Burger and finished most of it but let our middle one have most. I didn't get a bite. My middle one ordered the Crabby Patty and did not like it. I had a couple bites and thought it was fine. Not sure why he didn't like it. My wife and oldest finished the rest of it.

The oldest ordered the Confused Mac N' Cheese. I got a couple bites and 100% this was the best of all of them. I would go back just to get this one entree. The ghost cheese made it spicy and so yummy.

On a whim we ordered the White-Chocolate Raspberry Bread pudding. While it was delicious we didn't realize how small the portion would be. It was a little disappointing (in size). Everyone got to try one little bite. For the price, probably wasn't worth it.

We were staying at Hungry Mother State Park in Marion and if we were to stay in town again or even driving through on 81, we would definitely come back here again. Especially for that Confused Mac N' Cheese.

We enjoyed our lunch here.
Cute, small place with great food.
Friendly staff were helpful.
Good menu with a wide variety of offerings.
The Chicken Pesto Flatbread was great, as was the Caeser Salad.
Downtown street parking can be crowded during peak hours.

I ordered the shrimp and crab sandwich and it wasn't my cup of tea. However, I also ordered fried oysters and they were great 👍. The wife had a turkey sandwich with asparagus and she loved it. The best part was the service and the atmosphere. We loved it and recommend!

I was taking my daughter out to go to the concert at the Lincoln theater. Decided to try out the wooden pickle walked in and was asked how many and if we had reservations. We replied no and they then got and attitude and told us to sit at the bar. Neither one of us drink and didn't feel comfortable sitting at a bar. Then the other lady told us we couldn't sit at the bar unless we buy a drink then cash out. When they got a table available we would have to cash out and then start a new tab. They was very rude and seemed like they didn't want to serve us. So we went across the street to the Swamp Fox and was sat asap. Great food and very friendly staff

We stopped at this cute little place as we were passing through the area on a road trip. It had a great vibe and the server was as friendly as could be. These 2 ladies were running like crazy, and still managed to smile, be patient, and friendly. The burger was so delicious I failed to get a picture!

We checked out this neat little gem in the downtown area of Marion. I got the cauliflower Buffalo chicken pizza, it was pretty tasty. My hubby & boys got burgers. They really enjoyed them too. They had a lot on the menu but were out of corn tortillas which was disappointing because I wanted to try the Mai Mai tacos. I am gluten free so I opted for the pizza instead. The server was so friendly and helpful navigating through the menu. We finished lunch with the peanut butter pie, the boys seemed to enjoy it leaving no crumb on the plate.

Was in town for a show across the street. Stopped in after hearing they had a diverse drink menu. Was really enjoyable experience. Staff was attentive and portion sizes were large for the pricing. Would visit again if back in the area.
