Five thumbs up for Zadlock Garden & Outdoor Center in Califon, NJ! They took us from ho, hum to Wowzer! Jason and his team collaborated with us and worked tirelessly on the landscape design, implementation, and execution of our front of home project. They provide full service - installing both hard and soft scapes including front walkways with drainage, all new plantings, landscape lighting, a fountain, an arbor, and trellises. They transformed my messy breezeway side entrance into an English courtyard garden. It's now my happy place, plus the curb appeal went way up; thank you!

I am on the Board of a 55 and over community. I used Zadlocks Landscaping for a new patio off the back of my home. They did a beautiful job. His workers are top notch!

Since then he has completed about 20 more patios in the community, and many other projects for the homeowners here.

I had a very particular circumstance where I needed some grading work done due to water not draining correctly from my yard. At the same, time the person who I had bought my house from cut out a large portion of the yard to put a stone wraparound bench, which I never liked and had been contemplating completely renovating the hardscape. I eventually decided to redo the yard and tackle the drainage issue at the same time.

Zadlock was recommended to me by my older brother when I made the decision to expand my patio paver area in a tight back yard. He had some drainage work done and knew they did paver work etc.

I was fortunate enough to work with Nick at Zadlock, who showed up and did a thorough analysis of what we could do. Through various meetings, thorough discussions, and various quotes, we settled on the idea of expanding the pavers around the existing to create an inset with a slight color differential around the existing patio to make it look intentional. Given my lack of knowledge I had to trust the guys to get it done right and make it look good. You never know what adding on to an existing piece will look like.

Impressed would be putting it lightly. These guys efficiently and effectively fixed my drainage issue while making the patio look phenomenal. I couldn’t be more pleased. Again, Nick provided awesome service and his guys did an outstanding job. Two photos are attached. One is the “before” photo. The second photo is what it looks like after the fact.
