I ordered Zen Basil after seeing a recommendation from Dr Gundry on Instagram! My family has been going to Dr Gundry for years, so highly value his recommendations. I ordered the product and am super happy with it! I am big in to supplementing my nutritional needs and these basil seeds are a big win! From taste to texture, I am sold, and do not get any of the inflammation of the gut, that I tend to get with chia seeds. It has a hint of flavor (delicious) that works with everything from accenting my smoothies to topping my salads and popcorn! I add it to my diet daily, and will be excited to order more.
