I just came here to get take out and the customer service was not there. This happened on March 14, 2025. I asked a girl worker if I could order and she didn’t even look or acknowledge me and she was acting like she was taking a call and she was talking to no one. Then she walked away and went to the other phone. I ordered a mini Korean chicken and it tasted tough and cold. I was just chewing it for a while and it wasn’t pleasant. I also asked for lots of tartar sauce and lemons and I didn’t get any lemon. I was waiting on the side so that I could just grab a container of lemon and the guy worker told me I can’t order there and he didn’t even let me speak. He didn’t even ask me if I needed help. I’m not happy with my experience here. The food was cold, chicken was hard to chew, and overall just bad customer service. All I wanted was hot food and I love Zippys but the serving I got was small and it tasted like it was just sitting.

We were looking for an authentic Hawaiian spot for dinner and came across this place and we were not disappointed! They had all the unique hawaiian classics! A mist try if you’re checking out the Island and want authentic and delicious Hawaiian food!

I recently visited Zippy's in Kapolei for breakfast, which is conveniently located near my hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and promptly seated by a delightful waitress who quickly brought me a refreshing iced tea—a perfect start to the meal.

She recommended the Meat Lovers breakfast, which I decided to try. The meal came with two sunny-side-up eggs, Portuguese sausage, SPAM, bacon, and corned beef hash served alongside fried rice. Each component of the dish was tasty and well-prepared, except for the corned beef hash, which was not to my liking. Despite that, the rest of the meal was satisfying and left me happily full.

I had a very positive experience at Zippy's, thanks to the excellent service and hearty breakfast offerings. I recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling start to their day!

My mom's Hawaiian, but I have never been to Hawaii. We finally went and Zippy's was the first place she and my grandparents took me too. I am from Cali and this spot puts every place there to shame. Best Saimin I have ever had.

The Chili is as advertised, The Best! How do you top that?!? Add some of their Fried Chicken and Mac salad! Even late at night and the place was busy the service was excellent! Myriam was the best!!!

Always a favorite go to restaurant in Hawaii. If you're ever in Guam, it reminds me of King's restaurant. It has local favorites that are always tasty. I always their Korean fried chicken, which taste amazing, and I love their zip min. Those are usually my go-to whenever I bring my family. Highly recommend for those who want to try something other than typically American chain restaurants!

First time and Zippys and it was overwhelming. The menu is vast, which is not a bad thing. It ranges from chicken to soup to spaghetti to pastries and pies. Pretty amazing. We were there pretty late and night and it was packed. We ordered the chicken trio and musubu.
Food was well made and tasty. We liked everything we ordered and can see why Zippys is popular. Good prices too.

Stopped here for breakfast! Server was good and friendly! The food came out in a good timely manner! We enjoyed waffles, eggs sausages and bacon! Lot of options to choose from. It hit the spot! Pancakes were fluffy and delicious!
